President and CEO

An award–winning architect, Matt provides a full spectrum of planning services for commercial, religious and residential projects. Licensed in 1984 after extensive study under R. Buckminister Fuller and Palo Soleri. Providing consulting, research, master planning, design and building oversight, Matt leads a team that delivers customized projects crafted to provide outstanding results. A native of Alton, Illinois, Matt is married to his wife of 20 years, Susan, and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

Education: University of Illinois, Masters in Architecture 1974 / NCARB Board Certified - All 50 States

Susan Adams
Chief Financial Officer

Susan is responsible for the company’s financial functions, including cash management, accounting, risk management, budgeting and operations. She is also responsible for client management, human resources and information technology. Susan joined Adams Architectural Associates in 1990 after spending time in both the Financial and Aerospace industries specializing in private banking and international leasing contracts.
